Indoor flagpole stands fit flagpoles of 1 in., 1-5/32 in., or 1-1/4 in. diameters. The larger your pole and flag, the more weight you'll need in your stand for stability. This base is shipped empty. It has a removable rubber plug on the bottom for pouring in sand or bbs to add weight the base. We offer stands in our store that have sand in them already. The victorian base does not require additional weight to be added.
